Offensive Subjects: Generally OK, but I'd rather not abuse her without reason (she's been through enough already).

Touching: Generally yes. But don't make it weird.
Hugs: Sure! Just don't make it weird.
Kissing: Not unless she knows you very well, or she will resist.
Flirting: She is awkward about it, but you're welcome to try.
Sex: Preferably within a committed relationship, but if you can talk her into it, go for it.
Romance: It's likely to be a slow burn development, but you're welcome to try and cultivate it!
Positive CR: She's generally good with it, as long you don't do something to piss her off.
Negative CR: Not her preferred way to handle people, but she understands you can't get along with everyone. She'll usually keep things civil, though, regardless.
Fighting: Not unless she must, but she'll happily spar with people.
Easiest way to get on her bad side: Disparage the Chantry in her earshot.
Easiest way to get on her good side: Help her with chores.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/etc?: Case by case basis. Just ask.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, go ahead. But you're likely to startle her and may be accused of blood magic or be on the wrong end of her templar abilities.
